What if I want a change that is bigger than the plan covers?
We quote it separately and clearly before doing the work. Your monthly fee covers the regular upkeep and small changes, never surprise charges.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Care plans are month to month with no lock-in. You own your site, so you can leave any time and take it with you.
Do I have to be on a plan if you built my site?
No. You can manage it yourself if you prefer. The plan is there for businesses that would rather hand the upkeep to us.
How quickly do you respond if something goes wrong?
Care plan clients get priority. For anything that takes the site down, we treat it as urgent and get on it the same working day.
